Robert Simmons is the Founder and President of iPLEDGE Inc.

He is the Founder and CEO of Glowing Souls Behavioral Health LLC, a network of

addiction and mental health treatment centers based in Baltimore, Maryland. With over

three years of experience, Robert has emerged as a respected leader in the Drug

Treatment and Behavioral Health communities across Maryland, known for his

unwavering dedication to improving the lives of those battling addiction and mental

health challenges.

In addition to his leadership at Glowing Souls, Robert is also the Founder and Director

of iPLEDGE, a non-profit organization dedicated to mentoring youth, including those in

juvenile facilities. His work through iPledge focuses on providing financial literacy, life

coaching, career training, and most importantly, hope to young adults, helping them

build brighter futures. This dual role demonstrates Robert's deep commitment to

fostering resilience and opportunity for vulnerable populations.

As a Peer Recovery Coach and a Bank-Certified Financial Literacy Coach, Robert is

currently completing his certification to become an Addiction Counselor Coach. His work

is driven by the core values of adaptability, persistence, compassion, and

integrity—principles that guide both his professional and personal missions.

Robert's passion for bridging the gap between mental health and addiction treatment

fuels his efforts to combat stigma and discrimination faced by individuals in these
